Wednesday Weigh In

Wednesday is  the weekly weigh in day..

And…..
-8lbs!!!

I am absolutely chuffed, I’ve worked hard this week and needed to up the food one one day as I was finding my weight loss slowing. it’s worked a treat, a storming result.  The Cambridge Diet is working well!

See here its all a state of mind.. I’ve posted previously I’m on the Cambridge diet step 3 and although I have a long way to go I’m making good progress.  See Here its all a state of mind..

So tonight for tea I’ve made my home made ragu sauce and will have 30g of spaghetti and a side salad, mmmmm
